Enable Inc. account (my.enable-inc.com) · Last updated 25 October 2026
This page explains what Enable Design Services Inc. ("Enable") keeps about you when you use your Enable Inc. account, and why. The account gives our clients access to their projects, scans, connections and weld procedures.
What we keep
As little as we can. We hold no passwords, payment details or personal (non-work) information.
- Who you are: your name, work email address, company, and the projects and role we have given you.
- Sign-in record: the time, method (email code, Google or Microsoft), result and IP address of each sign-in attempt. We keep it to protect your account and to help you if you can't get in.
- What you do on a project: approvals, questions and other decisions you record, with the date and your name, because they form part of the project record.
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your name and email address from them. We never see or store your Google or Microsoft password.
Cookies
We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.
Who else handles it
We do not sell or share your information. These services store or carry it for us: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts and project data), Google Workspace (sign-in code emails), Netlify (hosting) and Cloudflare (scan files). Some of them may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Sign-in records are deleted after 90 days. Your name, email and company are kept while you have access and deleted when it ends. Approvals and decisions stay with the project record for as long as that has to be kept.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we keep about you by writing to info@enable-inc.com. Records that form part of a project's approval history may have to be kept, but we will tell you if that applies.
